Attention parents of athletes at ISG Jubail. The Athletic department has a request of you. Over the last few years athletes who play sports at ISG Jubail had the opportunity to purchase sports uniforms for the teams they played on. Those who did not purchase uniforms were lent ones from our small supply of them. Unfortunately, many students have neglected to return their borrowed uniforms. We asking parents to please take a few moments to look in their child's closet, dresser, under their bed, in their backpack for any Jubail sports uniforms. We are in a desperate situation with very few uniforms left to outfit our sports teams. Our athletic teams represent ISG Jubail to the international schools community across the country, we want them to look good and to match.
Thank you in advance for this. Please have these uniforms returned to the PE office in the gym as soon as possible.

Hello parents and welcome to the page that is completely dedicated to important information for you. Below you will find some information about our spectator requirements for you as parents attending events. Whether you are a veteran spectator or new to how things are done in the athletic world here at Jubail you will find important information for you to fill out and read.
One important element that we need to deal with here in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is gate lists for the different schools that we travel to for our sporting events. Each school, it seems, has a unique requirement for how we communicate who from our schools is coming onto their campuses. All of the schools require the following information at least 2 weeks in advance. Our advice is to let the appropriate people know you wish to or may wish to attend the event. Even if you are unsure but there may be a possibility please let us know. If you let us know too late you will not be able to attend. Please read the following very carefully.
1. If the event is on an ISG school campus it is fairly simple, as a parent you need to let the coach and the athletic director know that you wish to attend your child's sporting event and to put you on the gate list. If your child is competing at the following schools it is very important that you let the above people know you are coming:
- ISG Dhahran High School (DHS)
- ISG Dhahran Middle & Elementary School (DEMS)
- Dhahran British Grammar School (DBGS).
If you are not on the gate list you will not be allowed in. Please make sure that you let the above people know if you are bringing any additional children as they will also need to be put on the list.
2. If the event is on an Aramco compound it becomes much more detailed. Below there is a link to a form that will need to be filled out by every person wishing to attend an event on an Aramco compound. Please make sure that ever part is completed including, and very importantly, an uploaded picture of your iqama.
For spectators to attend an Aramco sporting event the school athletic director needs the following information:
- Each persons full name
- Each persons nationality
- Each persons gender
- Each persons iqama number
- The expiry date of each iqama
If driving we will need the following info:
- Vehicle make
- Vehicle model
- Vehicle color
- Vehicle licence plate number
- Vehicle licence plate color
If there is a driver for the vehicle we will need all of his/her information as well as listed above.
The cut off for an Aramco gate list is generally 2 weeks prior to an event. Please ensure that all people wishing to attend an event have their information into the athletic director prior to this cut off. Anyone submitting information after the 2 week cut off will not be able to attend the event. This is a firm cut off which is out of our control so please plan ahead. Please fill in the form below.

Picking up Athletes after events
The athletic department also has a request for all parents of our athletes. As many of the returning parents will know, our competitions are often held in other locations. This requires us to transport our players by bus to and from their events. This means that we need to set strict leaving times for our buses in order for them to get to their events on time. We ask that you assist us in getting your child to the school before the appointed leaving time so that we can stick to the allotted travel time.
We have also instructed our coaches to have their players contact you or whomever is picking them up from ISG Jubail when we pass the checkpoint that is between Jubail and Dammam. We have timed how long it takes our bus to get from the checkpoint to our school. It takes us 30 minutes to drive this distance. So the expectation we have of our parents is that there will be someone waiting for your child at the school when we arrive back. Please know that our coaches are not allowed to leave until all of their players are picked up. They have had a long day in a loud gym and deserve to go home to their own families at a reasonable hour. We have had issues where coaches have literally had to wait over an hour with a child for their ride to arrive. This can no longer be acceptable and may affect whether or not your child can play on a Jubail team. We really appreciate our coaches and all of the work they do for our athletes, the least we can do for them is to be punctual and pick our kids up when they arrive back from their events.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
